This notice covers the ami health informational website. The care programme is being prepared; this website does not currently accept online registrations, appointments, payments or medical records.

Visiting this website

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare through Sites, processes technical information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver and secure the website. Infrastructure may process information outside India. We do not claim India-only hosting for this public site.

The website application does not add advertising trackers, optional analytics cookies or third-party chat widgets. Infrastructure may use cookies necessary for security. You can control cookies in your browser.

Contacting ami

If you choose to email us, we receive your email address and message through Google Workspace to respond to your enquiry. Please share only your own contact details and general questions. Do not send prescriptions, medical records or another person’s health information.

A public enquiry and privacy contact will be posted before enquiries open.

Care information needs a separate process

Arranging or paying for someone’s care does not grant access to their health information. Patient enrolment, caregiver permissions and any later digital-care enrolment will have separate consent and privacy processes. Details about data locations, retention, providers and how to exercise privacy rights must be provided before those services open.

As the service develops

We will update this notice when website functionality changes. The operating company’s incorporation and programme policies are still being finalised. This notice describes the current website and is not a certification of DPDP or GDPR compliance.
